Our popular classes for children aged 4-7 offer a fun and educational introduction to different musical instruments, and to music generally. A huge help in choosing an instrument to learn, and an ideal start to a lifetime of music-making.

Preliminary Piano

A one-term course for groups of up to 4 children, aged 5-6. With games and puzzles we introduce the basics of playing the piano in a fun way. It’s a perfect foundation for individual piano lessons, but is equally valuable to maintain their musical interest before starting another instrument.

Tuesdays from 4:00 to 4:30pm. £120 per term (10 sessions). Workbook included.

Suzuki Violin

The Suzuki Violin method is a hugely effective teaching method, particularly for very young children. It is based on developing musical skills through listening, imitation and repetition. Please note that significant parental involvement is required, although no prior experience is necessary!
