Privacy Policy

Please be assured that we maintain a strict privacy policy in line with the General Data Protection Regulation and will never disclose your email address or other personal data to any third party without your permission. Please contact us if you would like your personal information removed from our database.

Like all organisations and businesses which use your personal information, we have to provide information about the purposes for which we use your personal data, the rights you have over it, and what that means in practice.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will always keep your personal information and that of your child/children safe and will never sell it to third parties. We will be clear and open with you about why we collect your personal information and how we use it. Where you have choices or rights, we will explain them to you and respect your wishes. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you or your child/children. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by contacting us. If requested, data will be removed and destroyed. Please note that all processing of your personal data will cease once you have withdrawn consent, other than required by law, but this will not affect any personal data that has already been processed prior to this request.

The data which Hindhead Music Centre holds about you or your child/children is only that necessary to provide tuition and services related to that tuition (for example, dietary and medical requirements of those attending one of our summer courses), and to let you know about events and forthcoming tuition-related opportunities.

We do our best to ensure that any personal data given to us is protected and securely stored. We use security features to try and prevent any unauthorised access.

Our Data controller and processor is Ann Hughes-Chamberlain.
