Accommodation and meals
Children are accommodated in rooms with up to five beds.
Residential supplement: £100. Please bring your own bedding (under-sheet, duvet and cover, pillow and pillow case, as well as towels). If this is impossible (eg if travelling by air), please add £25 and we will provide it.
All meals – breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea, and supper – are included in the basic course fee.
A deposit of £100.00 is required with all applications. This will be returned if for any reason the application is refused or the course cancelled, but in no other circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse an application and to cancel any course, in which case all fees paid will be returned. We also reserve the right to alter any course or cancel or provide a substitute artist if necessary.
Please note: if you book after June 1st, full fees are payable at the time of application.
Please ensure that all instruments and other valuables are covered by your own insurance policy. We can take no responsibility for loss or damage to instruments or other valuables during your or your children’s stay. You are also advised to insure against cancellation due to accident or illness, as you would for any other holiday, since fees cannot be refunded.
When we receive your application you will be sent a letter with the course details and an invoice, which is payable in full on or before 1st June. Cheques should be made payable to Hindhead Music Centre Limited. You may also phone the telephone number below to pay by credit or debit card.
